Chef Prosenjit 'Ricky' Biswas is an Indian born French Michelin trained chef who has been cooking for more than 13 years in some of the world's finest restaurants, He is a Certified chef from World chef's Association, He has a Master's in Hospitality Management and Bachelors degree from Edinburgh Napier University, He has also done Diploma in French Culinary from France and Diploma in Patisserie from City & Guilds. He loves to travel and explore new cuisines of the world and is excited to present his creative vision of worlds two best cuisines to you and all our patrons . Our Director and General Manager Sachin V Sawant is also an Indian Born who has been working in the Industry for more than 17 years. He has a Bachelors in Hospitality Management and managed many five stars hotels and resorts around the world. He strives to create memorable experiences for the guests in our restaurant and very meticulous about everything. He is very passionate about Whiskeys and enjoys traveling in his past time.
